This Privacy Policy explains how Qcorp AI Technology Ltd ("Qcorp.ai", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit qcorpai.com (the "Site") or join the Qcorp.ai beta waitlist. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
Qcorp AI Technology Ltd, Level 6, Cyberport 2, 100 Cyberport Road, Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong. Contact for all privacy matters: cbdo@qcorpai.com.
We have not appointed a data protection officer. Privacy requests should be sent to the address above.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers or other sensitive data through the Site.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and protect the Site. If we introduce analytics or similar technologies, we will update this policy and obtain consent where the law requires it.
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Site and the application process: Web3Forms (receives form submissions and delivers them to us by email), Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery) and email service providers, and similar providers we may add, acting on our instructions under written terms that require confidentiality and appropriate security. We may disclose data if required by law, court order or a competent authority, or to protect our rights, users or the public. If we are involved in a merger, financing or sale of assets, data may be transferred to the successor under the same protections.
We operate from Hong Kong and our providers may process data in other countries. Where personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures where needed.
Application and correspondence data is kept while the beta is active and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires longer retention. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes and then deleted or anonymised.
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong you may request access to and correction of your personal data. If you are in the EEA or the UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR also give you the rights to erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
To exercise a right, email cbdo@qcorpai.com. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within one month under the GDPR and 40 days under the PDPO). You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong, or with your local supervisory authority.
We will not use your personal data for direct marketing of unrelated products without your consent. Every message about the beta includes a way to opt out, and you can opt out at any time by emailing cbdo@qcorpai.com.
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls and limited retention. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be notified on the Site or by email where we hold your address.
