Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses qcorpai.com or the Qcorp.ai Beta Service provided by Qcorp AI Technology Ltd. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. General rules

You must use the Service lawfully, honestly and in line with the rules of every advertising platform and third-party service you connect to it.

2. Google Ads and platform compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your websites, ads, landing pages, products and services, and your use of Google Ads accounts, comply with the Google Ads policies and terms, including policies on prohibited and restricted content, misrepresentation, destination requirements, personalized advertising, and circumventing systems. Our site review and recommendations are decision support only; they do not replace your own compliance responsibility and do not constitute approval by Google.

You must only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and must not use the Service to evade account suspensions, bans, billing or verification checks.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use the Service to:

• advertise illegal goods or services, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• run deceptive, misleading, fraudulent or scam advertising, including cloaking, fake reviews or false claims;
• misrepresent your identity, business, location or relationship to a government or brand, including impersonating official services;
• circumvent, probe or interfere with Google or other platform systems, policy enforcement, or review processes;
• send spam or conduct unsolicited marketing in breach of law;
• upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data or our systems;
• reverse engineer, scrape, resell or build a competing product from the Service, or overload it with automated requests outside agreed use;
• use the Service in violation of sanctions, export control or anti-money-laundering laws.

4. Your content and campaigns

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide and for the ads, websites and offers run through the Service. Set budgets, spending limits and approval rules suited to your risk tolerance and review the Service's activity regularly.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities, with or without notice where we consider it necessary.
